This is an odd question...so please understand the situation in addition to the question!
Our primary encryption CA/key administration is NOT in Lotus Notes--but, rather, an external CA application that integrates with Windows (but not Notes).
When someone outside our business encrypts an email to us using the external CA's key, our users receive the encrypted email.
This works fine with the Notes client, since that client simply displays a blank message with the encrypted email as an attachment. Via the Windows file associations, the user can open/decrypt that attachment and view the contents.
However, in DWA/iNotes, the user simply gets an error about not having the right key to decrypt the email. It would be far better (at least for us) to have DWA act like the regular client...by showing the encrypted message as an attachment to a blank email message. That would let the user download the message & decrypt it using the external application.
Any chance of getting this in 8.5.1?
